This book is so much fun to read; the stories are little moments of young people's lives, who are aspiring to be greater than they are with music or art; wanting to be part of a most special gift - the talent to express themselves through artistry. The High School of Music and Art had such an intriguing reputation, and lived up to that in every way and more. Lloyd's book allows the reader to really comprehend each individual's desire and passion to experience being a student at Music and Art High School in the 1960's and 70's! It was a blessing!
