Journal Entry - Stardate 1110.16CASTLE BUILDING
The outline for all of the chapters has been sorted out. Time to put more meat on the bones of the story. I’m trying not to write too much but I’ve come to terms with having to chop the head off of some ideas. Not everything written will support the premise of the chapters. The important thing is to first get it all down on paper (or in the computer).
Revisiting the area of my old school (High School of Music & Art, which in the book is the Dimensional Arts High School) is always a thrill. The surrounding college (City College of N.Y.) and the inhabitants of the neighborhood are playing a much larger role this time around.
The ghostly entities have returned and are playing a more essential part in the story. I didn’t know how complex the historical belief in ghosts was until I began to write this second book and I've dealt with this subject matter extensively on my EndlessPerceptions.com website. Fear of the unknown, tends to make us pay more attention to our surroundings. That's a good thing, right? I mean, what’s the worst that could happen anyway?
